Sylvan – a word evoking woods, woodland and pastoral treescapes – feels perfectly at home in Aberfeldy, the heart of Big Tree Country and the ideal setting for our first tree-themed exhibition. We’ll launch the exhibition with Sylvan Saturday on 25th October: a mini tree festival featuring hot drinks, flapjacks and a tree-inspired painting workshop to celebrate the season.
Upstairs in our new space, visitors will also find an extended display of Marissa Weatherhead’s autumn solo show, Abundance.

Painting Workshop

Open to all
Join us for a special workshop celebrating our Sylvan Saturday. Led by artist Zanna Wilson, this tree and leaf-inspired painting session is priced at £20 per adult or £20 for a parent & child. All materials are provided, and we’ll round off the session with homemade flapjacks.
